Monster card on Saturday, plus notes and Race o’

Pick 5, big payouts, and the Race o’

News, notes, and Race o’ for Saturday: Field size continued to be a strong point of Laurel’s racing yesterday.  Seven of 10 races had double-digit fields, with several 13-horse groups among them.

Big fields, a big payout, and Race o’

Good things out at the track yesterday: Field sizes at Laurel were terrific yesterday.  Five races had at least 12 horses, and one other had 10.
